First, Merry Christmas Eve everyone. Hope you are having a wonderful day, be safe if you are traveling.
Here is this today’s photo. I’m out of town as of 5:00 this morning so no guarantees hints will be posted. I’ll try and get a few up by Friday. I won’t post the answer until 8 hours after the third hint is up. I hope this one is harder than last week, but I think it could be another easy one. The photo was taken somewhere within the Minneapolis/St. Paul 7 county area(PDF). No prizes will be offered, other than the pride of knowing your city better than you ever should. Enjoy.
Hint #1 First acquired in 1883 by the board of parks commissioners.
Hint #2 The 5th Fibinochi Number and the founder of the Union Fire Company
Hint #3 A cardinal direction and the side of a flowing body of water.

Not a clue where this is, though somehow reminds me of Minnehaha area. Those steps look treacherous.
Somewhere in and around here?
I swear I slid down that exact set of stairs (although it was dark and several years ago)…
Bill is the winner, it’s in Riverside Park right off West Riverside Parkway. I couldn’t give an exact location since I took the photo over a month ago. I had to go digging through my stored photos to find something for this week. Thanks to everyone that participated.
woot.
woot.
oh noez I’ve been tricked! But I still got it right, I know that in my conscience. And I actually figured it out the day this was posted but didn’t have enough faith but now that three clues are out, I discovered I had been right all along.
I’m posting my answer anyway, even though the entry still said:
“5 people have been wrong. Join them. Comment”
And even though clicking on the comment link revealed other people’s answers, I too have already discovered that the location in question is none other than Riverside Park, not far from Franklin and the street coinciding with the 5th Fibonacci number.
And I was right from day one but wasn’t sure. Today I was sure, then I discovered I was too late.
Wow this is a dramatic comment!
I’m finished now :)
I look forward to the next Where!
Haha, actually all of my posts show that people have been wrong. Check this out for an explanation.
